1. Plans and pricing
1.1 Current plan: Standard — INR 12,500 / year or INR 1,199 / month, with a 60-day free trial. 1.2 Prices are exclusive of taxes unless stated. GST (currently 18% on SaaS) is charged in addition to the listed price.
2. Free trial
2.1 The trial runs for 60 days from signup, no payment required. During the trial you have access to the Services; some limits may apply. 2.2 At the end of the trial, access is paused until you pay for a plan. We do not auto-charge at trial end (no card is collected at signup).
3. Billing and payment
3.1 Subscriptions are paid in advance for the chosen term via our payment gateway (e.g. Razorpay). 3.2 A valid GST tax invoice will be issued for each payment. 3.3 Auto-debit: automatic renewal via mandate/e-NACH is not currently enabled; renewals are paid manually via a payment link, with reminders before expiry.
4. Renewal and expiry
4.1 We send renewal reminders before your term ends. If you do not renew, access is paused on expiry; your data is retained for the export window in Terms clause 14.3 before deletion. 4.2 Paid renewals extend from the end of the current term (they stack, not reset).
5. Cancellation
5.1 You may cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the paid term. 5.2 To cancel, use the dashboard or email support@klauud.com.
6. Refunds
6.1 Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing term has begun, except where a refund is required by applicable law. 6.2 We may, at our discretion, issue goodwill credits or refunds in exceptional cases. 6.3 Refunds, where granted, are made to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval (gateway timelines may vary).
7. Price changes
We may change prices on prior notice (e.g. 30 days). Changes apply to renewals after the effective date, not to a term already paid.
8. Taxes
You are responsible for any taxes on your own operations. Our fees attract GST as applicable, which appears on your invoice.
