You must not use the Services to, and must not permit others to: 1. Operate unlawfully or without required licences/registrations for short-stay accommodation. 2. Post false, misleading or fraudulent listings, prices, availability or reviews. 3. Infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, or upload content you lack rights to. 4. Upload, store or transmit content that is obscene, defamatory, hateful, harassing, or that depicts or facilitates the sexual exploitation of children (zero tolerance — reported to authorities), violence, or other unlawful matter under the IT Act and Intermediary Rules, 2021. 5. Discriminate against Guests unlawfully, or facilitate trafficking, prostitution, illegal gambling, narcotics, or money laundering. 6. Misuse Guest personal data (e.g. marketing without consent, selling data, retaining IDs beyond what law requires). 7. Circumvent fees, attempt unauthorised access, scrape, overload, probe, or introduce malware or harmful code. 8. Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation with Klauud. 9. Use the Services to send spam or unlawful communications (comply with TRAI/DLT for SMS and applicable email rules).
Enforcement. We may, proportionate to the issue: warn you, remove or disable Content, restrict features, suspend or terminate the account, and where required report to law-enforcement or regulators. Anyone may report a violation via the in-product Report control or to admin@klauud.com; reports are reviewed by our team (see A7).
